Jimmy Lai Chee-ying arrested Friday
Hong Kong police on Friday arrested Jimmy Lai Chee-ying, owner of Apple Daily, as well as two prominent figures from the opposition camp, Lee Cheuk-yan and Yeung Sum, for their roles in an illegal march on August 31, 2019. Lai was also held for intimidating a reporter in June 2017.
